1. Supply of Digital Content

2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with **Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code** (Code de la consommation), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium if the execution has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase and confirming payment, you explicitly request immediate access to the course content, thereby:
- Consenting to the immediate execution of the services.
- Waiving your right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days.
3. Refund Conditions
Due to the nature of digital downloads and immediate online access, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is completed and course access has been provisioned on your account.
